I see many wondrous happenings when I’m out in the wild; this is the first time I had seen a wild turtle laying her eggs in Virginia. I felt lucky and concerned for her and her eggs as I carefully set up my camera equipment to capture some footage. My 300 mm lens allowed me to keep a fair distance from her.

It’s a pleasure to be able to share with others my interactions and findings of animals. -K
