This is an activity that I do all the time. I don’t always record my finding on eBird, though iNaturalist usually gets my best observation photos.

A bird walk can be done solo or in groups! Going with an expert guide makes the experience that much more rewarding and enlightening. The best way to find a bird walk group is just to google “Bird walk near me” and see what pops up. You’ll probably find an Audubon sanctioned bird walk with an expert leading the walk!
